Loans and Insurance: Coordinating loans, facility report review, art handling, artifact exhibit mount requirements, crating specifications, couriering, insurance, and shipping for domestic and international exhibits

Fine Art Shipping Logistics:  Acquisition, exhibit, and loan shipping logistics.  Coordination with auction houses, fine art shippers, Customs brokers, foreign agents, and other institutions.  Also includes coordinating Customs paperwork, courier logistics, and courier duties.

Security Consultation: Consultation regarding facility, gallery, and case security

Museum Forms/Documentation/Policies: Consultation and/or development of Code of Ethics, Collections Management Policy, Exhibit Policy, Loan Agreements, Disaster Response Plan, etc. AAM Accreditation planning

Disaster Preparedness: Coordinate staff training, create training manuals, coordinate meetings and training with first responders, wet salvage training, and hazardous materials survey of collections
